This website is run by ONLYCOMZ LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17494343, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. You can contact us by post at the registered office above. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ONLYCOMZ LTD, and "the site" means onlycomz.com and every page on it.

These terms cover your use of the site. They do not cover paid work. If we ever do consultancy or project work for you, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement between us.

You are welcome to read the site, follow its links and send us an enquiry or join the ComzIQ waitlist. Please do not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law, or that interferes with it or with anyone else's use of it;
• try to get into parts of it that are not public, or to work around the limits the site places on form submissions;
• send us content through the forms that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that contains someone else's personal information without their permission; or
• copy the site, its design or its content and present it as your own.

When you send an enquiry, the site stores what you send so that we can read it, and emails us a notification. Everything about that is described in our Privacy Notice, including how long we keep it. A real person reads what arrives.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and it does not commit either of us to anything. It is a message, not an order.

The ComzIQ waitlist is a list of people who would like to be told when ComzIQ is ready. Joining it means exactly that and nothing more.

ComzIQ is something we are developing. It is not available, it has no launch date, and nothing on this site promises one. Joining the waitlist does not give you any right to ComzIQ, to a place in a trial, or to any particular price, and it does not sign you up for anything else.

There are no prices on this site, nothing is sold through it, and no payment can be made on it. There is no account to create, no login, and nothing to subscribe to. If we ever offer something for sale through the site, these terms will be replaced by terms that fit it.

What we say about OnlyComz and about ComzIQ is a description of what we do and what we are working on. It is general information about us, not advice about your organisation, and it is not a promise that any particular approach will produce any particular result. We keep the site as accurate as we can; if something on it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Where the site links somewhere else, for example to our Instagram profile, we do not control that website and we are not responsible for it or for what it does with your information. Its own terms and privacy notice apply when you go there.

The OnlyComz name, and the words, images and design on this site, belong to us or are used with our permission. You are welcome to read the site, share links to it and quote short passages from it with a credit. Please do not copy the site or republish its content as your own, and please do not use the OnlyComz name or logo in a way that suggests we have endorsed you or your organisation.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud. Beyond that, the information on this website is provided for general information only. We are not responsible for loss resulting from reliance on that general information or from the website being unavailable.

We may update these terms, for example if the site changes. The version that applies to your use of the site is the one published here when you use it, and we will change the date at the top when we update them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Nothing in these terms is a contract for consultancy or project work, and these terms are not client terms of business. The services described on this site, the three named ways of working among them, have no prices and no agreed scope attached to them yet. When they do, paid work will need its own written agreement with its own terms, covering scope, fees, deliverables, change, confidentiality and liability. These website terms are not that agreement and are not a substitute for it.
