This site sets no cookies for visitors. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything else. That was measured on the site as it is served, rather than assumed: every page was opened, the browser's cookie list was read, and nothing was in it. The only exception is our private preview mode, used to check unpublished website changes. If a private preview link is opened, one essential cookie is set for up to one hour so the browser knows to show the preview. It contains no personal information or identifier and is never set during an ordinary visit to the site.

Apart from that one preview cookie, nothing is stored in your browser either. No local storage, no IndexedDB, no cache storage, no service worker. No tracking pixel, no session recording, no heatmapping, no tag manager, no third-party script. This site makes no request to anybody but itself.

One thing is remembered, and it is not ours. The framework this site is built on remembers where you were reading, so that going back takes you there. It writes a single entry, called tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3, holding a short page reference and a scroll position, for example {"kj8y7":{"window":{"scrollX":0,"scrollY":1400}}}. That entry is written by the framework rather than by any code we wrote, it appears only after you have scrolled, it holds no identifier and nothing about you, and it is gone when you close the tab.

It is kept in your browser's session storage, which means it belongs to the one tab you are reading in and does not follow you anywhere.

The two forms ask for what they need to do the job: your message, and enough about you to answer it. Holding your submission long enough for us to read it is part of the same thing, which is why the site refuses a submission outright when it cannot store one, rather than saying your message arrived.

Our page counting is not like that. Nothing on the site depends on a number, and counting can be switched off entirely without changing a single page.

A banner exists to ask permission for something. There is nothing on this site to ask permission for. Putting a banner on anyway would mean telling you about cookies we do not set and asking you about tracking we do not do, which would be less honest rather than more. We have also deliberately not added an analytics service in order to justify a cookie management tool, because the useful version of that trade runs the other way.

Taking payments, adding a newsletter or a customer system, embedding a video or a map, adding a chat widget, connecting an external tool to ComzIQ, or adding an analytics service would each mean revisiting this page, and most likely asking you first.

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Notice.

THE OTHER TWO

What we do with your information is in the Privacy Notice, and the rules for using the site are in the Terms.
